As a person who does not subscribe to a recipe when cooking up a dish in the kitchen I have had my fair share of kitchen fails.
Part of my joy of cooking rests in the experimentation of mixing ingredients or trying an out a new method of bringing a dish to life. With experimentation comes success (and pride!) as well as failures. As with all scientific methodology, we learn as much from our failures as our successes. So, in the spirit of being a confident cook and under the guidance of a fearless lifestyle, I share with you my kitchen blunders so you can learn from my mistakes in the kitchen.
